Photography has been a favorite hobby for quite some time! In the past I was known to keep my DSLR handy, grabbing shots of cars and animals everywhere I went. There's a special feeling when you hit that perfect cocktail of settings; aperture, exposure, shutter speed, focus, and ISO all coming together to record a split-second of light - exactly as you perceived it in your mind's eye. I've taken my camera all around the world with me to hone my skills and capture memories throughout my travels!
I've often felt my unique perspective on life gives me a unique ability to guide the viewer's attention through a serious of emotions through photography. There is certainly a science behind getting the composition, settings, and timing just right. Outside of my career, photography is one of the few things I do that unlocks my inner creative artist! Lately smartphones have excelled at photography and the DSLR stays home more and more, but for those wondering I am partial to Canon haha. The new-age mirrorless cameras are certainly intriguing though - and I certainly appreciate the industry's recent focus shift from megapixels to portability!
